Heat Exchangers – Half-Shell, Laser and Water bath
AII manufactures different types of integrated heat exchangers as per end customer requirements:
Half shell
Laser used for extreme performance, steam, temperature and direct trigger
Water bath used to gently heat the ingredients and maintain the temperature gradually over a fixed temperature range, so as to keep the mixture warm over a certain time period as per the process requirements (e.g. Red lips, Chocolate, etc.).
